Temperature Form
Fertility mapping through temperature
Ovusoft and FertilityFriend have good programs for measuring the temperature, but I like doing it manually as it gives my more control and provides more flexibility. Therefore i have a basal temperature curve in Excel. Dowmload example template.
instructions for basal temperature registration:
The form is divided into whole and half degrees so that you can enter the decimals a little easier. You can easily change the form to suit your own temperature levels and cycle. For example, if the temperature never goes below 36,7, there is no point having a spreadheet that starts on 35,9. Then you just have to enter a level that suits you better. you also have to update the dates and months.
In the form:
8 equals 36,80
7,5 equals 36,75
7 equals 36,70
6,5 equals 36,65
6 equals 36,60
5,5 equals 36,55
5 equals 36,50
4,5 equals 36,45
4 equals 36,40
etc. etc..
You have to print the form and mark them with a pen. You cannot to this in excel. i usually print out an empty form for draft notes. When the cycle is finished I mark the temperatures nicely and put it in a folder.
I use symbols to mark the different events in the cycle. This is optional, or can be changes as it pleases you.
